VFM, a radio station by VMEDIA, broadcasts its Radio programs on FM 99 MHz covering almost 80% of the country. With a terrestrial network established, VFM has the widest coverage among the private Radio networks. VFM is also broadcast via satellite, streamed via internet and telecast as visual radio during the off- peak hours of VTV. The channel covers news, sports, entertainment, and informative programs.

VTV is the second private TV channel of the Maldives. It was inaugurated in 2008. The channel is run under the umbrella of V Media Group which include VFM, Veekly and VNews. It was founded by famous businessman and politician of Maldives Hon.

The National Audit Office (NAO) is an independent Parliamentary body in the United Kingdom which is responsible for auditing central government departments, government agencies and non-departmental public bodies. The NAO also carries out value for money (VFM) audits into the administration of public policy.

BMR is a flexible trait (it can be reversibly adjusted within individuals), with, for example, lower temperatures generally resulting in higher basal metabolic rates for both birds and rodents. There are two models to explain how BMR changes in response to temperature: the variable maximum model (VMM) and variable fraction model (VFM). The VMM states that the summit metabolism (or the maximum metabolic rate in response to the cold) increases during the winter, and that the sustained metabolism (or the metabolic rate that can be indefinitely sustained) remains a constant fraction of the former. The VFM says that the summit metabolism does not change, but that the sustained metabolism is a larger fraction of it.

Born and raised in Vinkovci, (Croatia, Europe) and interested in hip hop from a young age. He started to write rap lyrics in 1998. In 1999, he started to freestyle on the local radio station VFM on a show called Black Thing. A year later (2000) he was a co-former of a hip-hop group called B2.

The NAO is subject to inspection by the Audit Quality Review team of the Financial Reporting Council. Value for Money (VFM) audits are non-financial audits to measure the effectiveness, economy and efficiency of government spending.

Friedlander was born in 1944 at Wanganui. His father was Morris Friedlander, who was an important organisational figure for the National Party. Tony Friedlander received his education at Lincoln College, from where he graduated with Dip Ag (diploma in agriculture), with a Dip VFM (diploma in valuation and farm management). He is an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Roughly sixty of these reports are produced each year, the most notable from recent years being the reports on MRSA, which led to an increase in public interest in the topic, the report on the rescue of British Energy and the report in the Public Private Partnership to maintain the London Underground. The remits of the NAO and the Public Accounts Committee do not allow them to question the policy itself and so VFM reports only examine the implementation of policy. The responsibility for questioning policy is left for other select committees and debating chambers of Parliament, but this has not prevented the PAC being named committee of the year in 2006. "Good Governance", an output somewhere between financial and VFM audits, was previously a strand of NAO work, but is no longer a focus of activity.

The VMM is supported in mammals, and, when using whole- body rates, passerine birds. The VFM is supported in studies of passerine birds using mass-specific metabolic rates (or metabolic rates per unit of mass). This latter measurement has been criticized by Eric Liknes, Sarah Scott, and David Swanson, who say that mass-specific metabolic rates are inconsistent seasonally. In addition to adjusting to temperature, BMR also may adjust before annual migration cycles.

Boris Đurđević became a DJ in Vinkovci in the early 1990s. Other than his involvement in Colonia, he was later the author of theme songs for the Croatian version of Big Brother reality show and as the songwriter for the Hrvatski Idol winner's single "Treba mi snage za kraj" (I Need Strength For The End). Tomislav Jelić is known as DJ Kameny, and had previously worked at the local hit radio station VFM in Vinkovci. Indira Vladić attended a music school as a child, and played clarinet in the local tin band.

The NAO is the auditor of bodies funded directly by the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The NAO reports to the Comptroller and Auditor General who is an officer of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and in turn reports to the Public Accounts Commission, a statutory body established under section 2 of the National Audit Act 1983. The reports produced by the NAO are reviewed by the Public Accounts Committee, a select committee of the House of Commons, and in some cases investigated further. The NAO has two main streams of work: Financial Audits and Value For Money (VFM) audits. In 1983, Cindy Sharp recorded a John Peel session with fellow Scots Cocteau Twins (contributing to "Hazel" and "Dear Heart", available on some versions of Garlands as well as BBC Sessions) which led to a meeting with 4AD founder Ivo Watts-Russell who invited her to appear on This Mortal Coil's 1983 debut EP Sixteen Days/Gathering Dust. He was also one of three featured singers on the debut This Mortal Coil album It'll End in Tears (1984), contributing vocals to "Kangaroo" (which was released as a single and became an instant indie hit), "Fond Affections" and "A Single Wish". An electronic side-project, Bambule, was started in 1994 by Sharp and Carmichael, inspired by underground techno parties such as Dead By Dawn and VFM. Carmichael left the band on the eve of Cindytalk's extensive US tour (1996) and by the time the first Bambule record was ready Carmichael had taken control of the project and its connection to Cindytalk had receded.
