SR 63 crosses Sandy Ridge and the Tennessee Valley Divide at Flint Gap and enters Dickenson County. SR 63 descends as Dante Mountain Road into the valley of McClure Creek and rejoins the Kingsport Subdivision at Trammel.
Eugene Thomas (also billed as Eugene Trammel) is an American martial artist and B-movie actor, who went to Taiwan and Hong Kong in the early 1980s, where he made about a dozen movies, mostly about ninjas, like Mafia vs. Ninja or USA Ninja, where he frequently collaborated with the tae kwon do specialist Alexander Lou. He is often mis-credited in the cast lists or is placed under an alias, which was a common occurrence for low-budget movies in Asia at the time.
In 1984, Marcus and Joni Lamb (née Trammel) moved to Montgomery, Alabama to launch the state's first full-power Christian television station, WMCF-TV. The Lambs built the station for the next five years, and sold it in 1990 to the Trinity Broadcasting Network. They next moved to Dallas, Texas, where, in 1993, they purchased the formerly defunct KMPX. In 1996, with a large contribution from Kenneth Copeland Ministries, the Lambs purchased a station in Colorado, officially turning their television ministry into a network.
The common torpedo is edible, but is little-valued by commercial or artisanal fisheries and is mostly discarded when caught. Because of its shallow-water habits, it may survive being captured and discarded relatively well. It is susceptible to several types of demersal fishing gear, including bottom trawls and trammel nets; fishing activity is heavy within its range but no specific data regarding this species are available. As a result, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has listed it under Data Deficient.
Soderquist was active in his community, supporting charities and nonprofits alike. He received multiple awards for his work in this area including the Dick Trammel Good Neighbor Award from the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce in 2009, and the Advocate for Innocence Award for Outstanding Community Partner from the Children's Advocacy Center of Benton County in 2015. Three nonprofits Soderquist worked closely with were Lake Geneva Camps and Conferences (Lake Geneva, Wisconsin), New Life Ranch (Colcord, Oklahoma), and Westlawn Youth Network (Bellwood, Illinois).
The tail spine of the daisy stingray is reportedly highly venomous and potentially injurious to humans. The daisy stingray is caught by intensive artisanal and small-scale commercial fisheries occurring off the coasts of Senegal, Ghana, and Côte d'Ivoire, and sold fresh, smoked, or dried and salted for human consumption. A wide variety of fishing gear is used, including longlines, bottom trawls, trammel nets, gillnets, traps, beach seines, and hook-and-line. Habitat degradation from agricultural runoff and industrial development may also threaten its population.
The backlash was tied closely to anti-Communist fervor in the United States in the 1940s and 1950s. Opponents, in particular the National Association of Broadcasters and the radio industry's leading trade magazine, Broadcasting, decried the Blue Book as Communist-inspired, pro-censorship, and anathema to freedom. Broadcasting’s editorials attacked it for 15 consecutive weeks and were later compiled by NBC president Niles Trammel in a red-covered booklet called “The Red Book Looks at the Blue Book.”The Red Book Looks at the Blue Book.
In November 2014, Larry Fitzmaurice wrote a piece for The Fader magazine, giving details about a follow-up to Tyler, the Creator's second studio album, Wolf (2013). Fitzmaurice wrote the album features a multitude of guests, but likely no features from other Odd Future members, the rap group of which Tyler is the face, stating: "Everyone's on their own island." Tyler cited artist Stevie Wonder as his inspiration for the album. Associate editor of The Fader, Matthew Trammel, reported that the album would feature Tyler lyrically tackling many current social issues.
The Rock & Dock at the North Coast Harbor Transient Marina in Downtown Cleveland opened behind the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in June 2014. In 2014, Cumberland Development, LLC and Trammel Crow Company were selected by City of Cleveland to develop 20+ acres surrounding Cleveland's North Coast Harbor. Phase 1; a restaurant on E9th pier was complete July 2016. Ground breaking for Phase 2; multi-use space located in the former skate park just north of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame was scheduled for 2017.
The smalleye stingray appears to be very rare across much of its range, perhaps explained by its possible semi-pelagic habits. It is only encountered with any regularity at the reefs off Tofo Beach, where in 2009 a living individual was captured on film underwater for the first time by a BBC crew. This species is an occasional incidental catch of demersal longline, bottom trawl, trammel net, and seine net fisheries throughout its range. There is also a record of one being speared by artisanal fishers in Mozambique.
Due to the unique characteristics of this ray it is very common to be found in pet trade, many people ignore the fact that in total maturity the size of the ray exceeds the capacity of many household aquariums. The bluespotted stingray is generally fished for its meat, being either smoked and salted or dried for local markets, but inexpensive due to its small size. It is caught in mass in bottom trawl, trammel, and fish traps. The bluespotted stingray is very venomous and it has a barb approximately long.
Japanese whalers have hunted striped dolphins in the western Pacific since at least the 1940s. In the heyday of "striped dolphin drives", at least 8,000 to 9,000 individuals were killed each year, and in one exceptional year, 21,000 individuals were killed. Since the 1980s, following the introduction of quotas, this number has fallen to around 1,000 kills per year. Conservationists are concerned about the Mediterranean population which is threatened by pollution, disease, busy shipping lanes, and heavy incidental catches in fishing nets such as long- liners, trawlers, gill nets, trammel and purse seine nets. .
PvP can also create additional facets in the community. In Ultima Online and Asheron's Call, a rift formed between those who enjoyed PKing, those who enjoyed hunting the PKs and those who simply did not want to fight at all. The Renaissance expansion later added a Trammel facet where PvP was not allowed, giving some out to the UO crowd that did not wish to engage in PvP at all. Asheron's Call contained a server that was completely unrestricted in player interactions where massive "PK" and "Anti (PK)" dynasties formed.
These included the personal collection of her husband, mammalogist and ornithologist Frank Stephens, who donated over 2000 bird and mammal specimens to the Society in 1910. In June 1912, Katherine and Frank Stephens installed the Society's first museum exhibits at the Hotel Cecil, where they could be viewed by the public on selected afternoons. The Sixth Avenue property hosted the museum's exhibits for a very short time, roughly 1912–1917. However, it remained the property of the Society until 1987, when it was sold to the Trammel Crow Company.
The last Cavalcade of Jazz concert was a tribute to the city's most prominent r&b; jocks- Charles Trammel, Hunter Hancock and Jim Randolph teamed up with Hugg. Lionel Hampton, Big Jay McNeely, Dinah Washington, Betty Carter, Billy Eckstine, Jimmy Witherspoon, Louis Jordan, Nat "King" Cole, Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, Sam Cooke were just a few of the numerous artists that performed over the years.“Disc Jockeys Working Mike At Cavalcade” Article The California Eagle July 10, 1958.“Top Deejays to Emcee Cavalcade Of Jazz Aug. 3” Los Angeles Sentinel July 10, 1958.
Clay, Tig and Juice then meet with Vic Trammel and offer him money to reveal the location of the witness. Trammell does not know, however, so they go to Elliot Oswald. They again blackmail him with the knife that he used to kill the rapist earlier in the season, this time to get his friends in the US Attorney's office to tell him the witness' case number and location. He then sends Chibs, Happy and Tig to kill the witness, who is at a safe house in San Joaquin.
Large numbers of pale-edged stingrays are caught incidentally in bottom trawls and trammel nets, particularly in the Gulf of Thailand, the Java Sea, and off the Indian coast. Most individuals landed are retained for human consumption, although the small size of this species limits its economic significance. The IUCN has assessed the pale-edged stingray as near threatened and notes that it is approaching the criteria for vulnerable. Across most of its range, this species experiences heavy and increasing fishing pressure, with all size classes susceptible to capture.
Wyndham Hotel Corporation was founded in 1981 in Dallas, Texas, by Trammell Crow, the president of Trammel Crow Company (TCC). The company appears to have been named after a friend of Crow's, a woman named Wyndham Robertson, who wrote a profile of him for Fortune. As the company grew, it eventually merged with a hotel REIT called Patriot American Hospitality (PAH). Patriot American organized the combined company as a paired-share REIT, in which Patriot owned the real estate assets and leased the hotels to Wyndham to run.
Trammel and Holway found that the gravity flow process previously advocated by T. C. Hughes was not only feasible, but could carry water as far as Lake Yahola, much closer to Tulsa than Hughes had estimated. The board then hired George W. Goethals to review the plan and cost estimate. Goethals assessed that both were feasible and practical, and that Trammel's cost estimate of $6.8 million ($ in ) was adequate. Groundbreaking for Spavinaw Dam, near the town of Spavinaw, Oklahoma and about 55 miles northeast of Tulsa, occurred October 19, 1922.
In 1938, when Sir Samuel Hoare was home secretary, Maxwell was promoted to permanent under-secretary. He held the post for the next ten years, during which he became the most prominent and respected member of the department. Years later, Sir Samuel, then Viscount Templewood, would write: During the Second World War he worked to try and trammel, as much as possible, the state's restrictions on civil liberties. He dealt with the imprisonment of enemy aliens and the treatment of those detained under the Defence Regulation 18B in addition to having to deal with the Mosleys.
Back at the clubhouse, Piney admits that he made a mistake in selling the guns, and he only did it because Meineke is a friend. After pressing a reluctant Sheriff Trammel for information, Jax learns that the ATF will be back with a search warrant and tells the others that they will have to get rid of the guns from the garage. Later, Meineke contacts Piney again and sets up a meeting at the militia's woodland hideout. The Sons agree that they will have to kill the militia to stop them from informing on SAMCRO if they are apprehended.
While recovering from his crash under the care of Dr. Terry Trammel in Indianapolis, IN, the renowned television motorsports production company, Lingner Group Productions, contacted Dale inquiring about his interest in trying his hand at color commentary for broadcast. Dale started slowly and moved quickly into full-time television, providing expert TV analysis for ESPN, ESPN2, FOX, FOX SportsNet, SpeedVision and Speed Channel. Working with co-hosts such as Bob Varsha, David Hobbs, Derek Daly and Marty Reid, he provided insight for hundreds of racing programs, including Sports Car Endurance racing, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and Formula One.
Giant devil ray mortalities are mostly reported as bycatch from swordfish nets, and occasionally reported as bycatch from longlines, purse seines, trawls, trammel nets, and tuna traps. There are many threats against the giant devil ray such as fishing, resource harvesting (being taken as bycatch in different fisheries), industrial garbage, and solid waste. The main threats to this species come from pollution in the Mediterranean and bycatch capture in various fishing equipment including trawls, tuna traps, and dragnets meant for swordfish. All species of the genus Mobula have been targeted by recreational and commercial fisheries for centuries.
Aetomylaeus bovinus is facing various and numerous threats, from fisheries to habitats degradation. As it is a benthic and semi-pelagic feeder, it is by- catch by a large game of industrial or artisanal fishing gears, especially pelagic trawling, bottom trawling, trammel nets, gill nets and spearfishing. Little information is available concerning this species in Africa, however old literature refers to a discard of 900 tones per year of bull rays by-caught by shrimp trawlers on the West African coast in 1988 during their late juvenile and sub/adult phase. In the Mediterranean Sea Bull rays are considered critically endangered.
The Atlantic mackerel is of commercial importance to many Atlantic fisheries, which catch it with purse seines, trawls, gill and trammel nets, and trolling lines. Global annual catch is typically in the range of 1 million tonnes, though a 50% spike in 2014 put this number at nearly 1.5 million tonnes. The United Kingdom and Norway bring in the most Atlantic mackerel, with annual catches coming in at over 166,000 tonnes and 160,000 tonnes respectively. There are three stocks in the eastern Atlantic: one in the south, one in the west, and another in the North Sea.
Haller is called on to defend a long- standing client, Lisa Trammel, when she is suspected of murdering wealthy Mitchell Bondurant."The Fifth Witness, By Michael Connelly", The Independent, 16 May 2011. Accessed 3 January 2013 According to forensic evidence, the victim, who was six-foot-two, had been murdered with a hammer blow from behind, on the very top of his head, while standing up. Haller and his staff (including his ex-wife, Lorna Taylor, and his investigator and Lorna's husband, Dennis "Cisco" Wojciechowski) work on demolishing the prosecution case, led by Andrea Freeman, against whom Haller has never won.
Despite its small size, the pearl stingray is probably taken by "catch-all" commercial fisheries operating in coastal waters off Senegal, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, and elsewhere, using longlines, bottom trawls, and trammel nets. However, no specific utilization data is available as it was and continues to be combined with the daisy stingray in catch records. As a result, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has listed this species as Data Deficient. Given that the pearl stingray was once (and may still be) much more abundant than the daisy stingray, it likely comprised a majority of historically reported "daisy stingray" catches.
The group in 1959, from left: George Tomsco, Stan Lark, Eric Budd, Chuck Tharp, Dan Trammel The Fireballs, sometimes billed as Jimmy Gilmer and the Fireballs, were an American rock and roll group, particularly popular at the end of the 1950s and in the early 1960s. The original line-up consisted of George Tomsco (lead guitar), Chuck Tharp (vocals), Stan Lark (bass), Eric Budd (drums), and Dan Trammell (rhythm guitar). The Fireballs were formed in Raton, New Mexico, in 1957, and got their start as an instrumental group featuring the distinctive lead guitar of George Tomsco. They recorded at Norman Petty's studio in Clovis, New Mexico.
Apollo laying mines off Norway On 15 January 1945 she returned to the Western Approaches for minelaying in the Irish Sea. On 13 April Apollo rejoined the Home Fleet for a minelaying operation in the Russian Kola Inlet ("Operation Trammel") as part of "Force 5" with destroyers , and , rejoining the Home Fleet in May. After the end of the war in Europe Apollo sailed to Oslo in company with sister ship and heavy cruiser , returning the Norwegian Government-in-Exile and Crown Prince Olav. On her return Apollo prepared for service with the British Pacific Fleet, departing from Portsmouth at the end of June.
One night in the town of Charming, California, a Mexican-American motorcycle gang called the Mayans break into a warehouse to steal from a shipment of automatic weapons. Unaware that two women are hiding beneath the building, Mayans leader Marcus Alvarez orders the warehouse destroyed. As he's visiting a nearby convenience store, Jax Teller, the vice-president of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club - Redwood Original (SAMCRO), witnesses the resulting explosion. The next morning, at the site of the explosion, Sheriff Vic Trammel who is on SAMCRO's payroll tells club president Clay Morrow that the warehouse was destroyed by arson, showing him the bodies of the two women.
Clay instructs Trammel to set up a meeting with the One-Niners, an East Bay street gang who buy weapons from SAMCRO. One-Niners leader Laroy Wayne, who needs SAMCRO's guns to cover for an incoming shipment of heroin, gives Clay more time to replace the lost weapons. Meanwhile, Jax has moved into a spare room at SAMCRO's clubhouse after splitting up with his pregnant wife Wendy Case, who is addicted to methamphetamine. Looking through old belongings in his parents' garage, Jax finds old photographs of his late father John, the founder of SAMCRO, as well as a journal written for Jax detailing the history of the club.
The shock delivered by the marbled electric ray can be painful but is seldom life-threatening, although there is a danger of a shocked diver becoming disoriented underwater. Its electrogenic properties have been known since classical antiquity, leading it and other electric fishes to be used in medicine. The ancient Greeks and Romans applied live rays to those afflicted with conditions such as chronic headaches and gout, and recommended that its meat be eaten by epileptics. The marbled electric ray is caught incidentally in bottom trawls, trammel nets, and bottom longlines; it has little economic value and is mostly discarded at sea when captured.
Rex Ingamells is generally considered the founder of the Jindyworobak Movement. The Jindyworobak Movement was an Australian literary movement of the 1930s and 1940s whose white members, mostly poets, sought to contribute to a uniquely Australian culture through the integration of Indigenous Australian subjects, language and mythology. The movement's stated aim was to "free Australian art from whatever alien influences trammel it" and create works based on an engagement with the Australian landscape and an "understanding of Australia's history and traditions, primeval, colonial and modern". The movement began in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1937, when Rex Ingamells and other poets founded the Jindyworobak Club.
The longtail butterfly ray is widely caught for meat and as bycatch in artisanal and commercial fisheries, including in India, Thailand, and Indonesia. It is taken using bottom trawls, bottom-set gillnets, and to a lesser degree trammel nets and other fishing gear. Though specific population and catch data are lacking, the longtail butterfly ray is thought to be susceptible to overfishing due to its low reproductive rate and the fact that pregnant females often abort their young when captured. Given the high intensity of fishing pressure across most of its range, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has assessed this species as Near Threatened.
On discovering the probable involvement of the murder victim with organized crime, Haller concentrates on establishing alternative suspects as well as relying on the forensic evidence which suggests that Trammel is physically incapable of the crime."'The Fifth Witness' review: Plot and judicial gymnastics test Connelly's Haller in new thriller", Oregon Books, 9 April 2011. Accessed 3 January 2013 Haller's case hinges on the testimony of a witness whom he manoeuvres into taking the Fifth Amendment on the witness stand, thus creating a plausible alternate killer for the jury (making him both the fifth witness in sequence and the "Fifth" witness). Before Haller can detail Opparizio's crime connections in open court, the witness takes the Fifth, ending his testimony.

In order to make it look like a ghetto-style shooting, he removed his colors and wore a balaclava. He left his mobile phone with his bike and vest, so when Clay tried to phone him and tell him not to make the hit, after Wayne Unser informed him that Opie was not a snitch, he did not get the message. Rosen met with SAMCRO and told them the ATF had put a warrant out for Opie's arrest, and he would most likely get convicted of Hefner's murder because of the witness. Tig went with Clay and Juice to meet with Vic Trammel and offered him money to reveal the witness's location.
Sources from the 19th and early 20th centuries indicate that the angelshark was once abundant all around the coasts of Western Europe. Yarrell (1836), Day (1880–04), and Garstang (1903) all noted that the angelshark was common around the British Isles, and Rey (1928) recorded that this species was common around the Iberian Peninsula and in the Mediterranean. However, from the latter half of the 20th century onwards, the angelshark has come under intense pressure from commercial fisheries operating across much of its range. Due to its benthic, near-shore habits, individuals of all ages are susceptible to incidental capture by bottom trawls, trammel nets, and bottom longlines; the low reproductive rate of this shark limits its capacity to withstand population depletion.
Milbank's real estate lawyers process mortgage transactions, including construction financing, participating and convertible mortgages, sale-leaseback transactions, REIT loans, performing and non-performing mortgage pool financings, mezzanine debt transactions, project financings and securitizations. The group has also been involved in the renovation or restoration of numerous historic properties, including the Statue of Liberty and the old Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco building.
Some theologians maintain that "various biblical understandings of the atonement need not conflict".Trammel, Madison, 'Cross Purposes' in Christianity Today, July 2, 2007. (accessed 20/12/10) Reformed theologian J. I. Packer, for example, although he maintains that "penal substitution is the mainstream, historic view of the church and the essential meaning of the Atonement... Yet with penal substitution at the center", he also maintains that "Christus Victor and other Scriptural views of atonement can work together to present a fully orbed picture of Christ's work". J. Kenneth Grider, speaking from a governmental theory perspective, says that the governmental theory can incorporate within itself "numerous understandings promoted in the other major Atonement theories", including ransom theory, elements of the "Abelardian 'moral influence' theory", vicarious aspects of the atonement, etc.

Wood’s book Hitchcock’s Films received four votes in a 2010 Sight & Sound poll of the best film-related books ever written.
This ecosystem is characterized mainly by reducing the number of individuals in different species and in some cases extinction. An example of this is the disappearance of the shell lobsters and reducing the arrival of turtles, product exploitation and for non-compliance of the moratorium, which now continues to threaten colorful fish and rays that are exported without control. Also, improper practices at artisanal fisheries affect the damage to these marine species, for example, using trammel net many pieces get stuck on rocks and corals, causing useless fish kills. Also the trash dumped on the beach causes negative effects on marine species, because plastic bags that fall to the estuary and mangrove are drawn to the sea and dolphins and turtles mistake them for jellyfish and swallow, choking and dying, and pelicans collect bottle caps believing they are animals, choking and dying.
SR 265 then crosses over Interstate 40 and starts to head southeast again before having an intersection with SR 171 on the very southern edge of Mount Juliet. SR 265 then winds its way east through farmland to Gladeville, where it has a very short concurrency with SR 109 just prior to an interchange with I-840 (Exit 72 westbound; Exit 72 A/B eastbound). SR 265 then curves southeastward again and winds its way through more farmland before coming to an intersection with US 231/SR 10 just south of Lebanon in Bairds Mill, where SR 265 changes designations from Central Pike to Chicken Road before passing just north of Cedars of Lebanon State Park. The highway then goes through more wooded areas as it continues east to an intersection with SR 266, where it changes designations from Chicken Road to Trammel Lane.
