Created by the brothers Mark and Jay Duplass ("Togetherness"), "Room 104" is the latest in a string of anthology series — from BET's new hip-hop collection, "Tales," to the Duplasses' own animated "Animals" on HBO — whose self-contained stories offer a refreshing breather from supersize TV. "Room 104" has something of the spirit of another anthology, HBO's "High Maintenance," about the various clients of a Brooklyn pot dealer.
