Elena is recruited as an Angel by the Townsend Agency after passing a series of rigorous training exercises.

Jude, while on tour, overhearing a telephone call between Johnny and Rooster, realizes it is Rooster whom Johnny wants to be with. Realizing it is not his secret to tell, he does not tell Eliza but stops feeling guilty for being in love with her. After realizing they care for each other, Jude and Eliza start a relationship. Jude and Eliza take a bus back to New York where they plan to raise the baby.
Soon enough a strange poll from Grandview says Americans would want a female president. The town is ridiculed in the press and the expansion plans get an abrupt ending. But Rip cannot forget Mary, and he returns to Grandview to reveal his true feelings. Chicago mob boss Rocca manages to get Lester Gillis sprung from jail in Joliet. His motive is to have Gillis kill a labor organizer, but Gillis refuses, preferring to work with Rocca's gang on robberies instead. He meets mob moll Sue Nelson and they start a relationship. He is relaxing, alone in his hotel room, when cops burst in, finding a gun Rocca has planted to frame Gillis for the labor leader's murder.

The two go on to get engaged, but realising that Sophie was attracted to Amber Kalirai (Nikki Patel) and that it was only Amber's rejection that stopped Sophie cheating on her, Sian breaks up with Sophie and leaves Weatherfield.

Mr. Sanbourne repeatedly molested Liz after Eve left home to be a nightclub singer, and a prostitute, and start a relationship with businessman Julian Crane. Finally the dinosaur is banished back to its time where the trip fuses it with a mountain, killing it. Frank opens a portal to 1950 for everyone to return home through. Frank and one of the rescued team members plan to start a relationship.

As atonement she decides to have her "most sensitive areas" tattooed but the pain brings her pleasure.

Rory tries to have another relationship with Dean, now separated from his wife after she found out about the affair, but it soon ends when he realizes how different their lives are.
Jacqui later dumps Danny by voicemail and the two start a relationship. They go back to Rhys' flat and Danny is sitting on the sofa. Danny begins to intimidate the pair to which Rhys tries to stand up to him but ends up getting knocked out. Once Danny has gone Jacqui and Rhys continue to celebrate being together however Jacqui tells him they should wait before they tell anyone, not wanting to get their families involved or annoy Danny any further.

However, Peter, seeing his friend drinking, made him desperate again and he begins drinking again. Ciaran, soon after manages to secure his old job back behind the bar at the Rovers. Ciaran soon set his sights on Michelle and attempts to start a relationship although she plays hard to get and Ciaran eventually gives up on her. In September 2010, Ciaran gets a job interview in Glasgow and is successful, with his impending exit to Scotland, Michelle is forced to face up to her feelings for him.

Meanwhile, Lucille continued to look for ways to kill Ben, even though Lucille apparently had a debilitating stroke.

After sharing a kiss with John; she asks him for another chance but John tells her he could get past all of it but he has to respect that Brody is Liam's father and can't just raise him as his own. Disheartened, she gives in to Brody's pressure and begins sleeping with him. Jessica returns and catches them in the act and Brody cruelly tells Jessica he doesn't want her anymore.

Despite Holly trying to get Jason back, her and Robbie start a relationship much to Jason's devastation. Jason cannot cope seeing Robbie and Holly together so he goes on a downward spiral and starts drinking and taking steroids, this leads to him failing his firearms tests and forcing himself on Holly. Jason and Robbie decide to leave the village together to save their relationship as brothers and they departed in March 2016. In 2018, Jason is mentioned multiple times during Holly's wedding to Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts).

When the scene is shot, Ángel breaks out in tears unexpectedly. The film set is visited by Manuel Berenguer, who is the real Father Manolo, who has resigned from Church duty.
He later works with her in order to stop Duvall's plan of unleashing the virus, bringing the fight to an underwater Umbrella secret laboratory which they ultimately destroy as Bruce kills a greatly mutated Duvall. At first at odds with Fong Ling, she and Bruce become closer as the story progresses, particularly after he saves her from an attempt on her life by her own government through the use of satellites armed with lasers. At the end of the game, it is implied that Bruce and Fong will start a relationship.

Amadeo, an executioner in Madrid, meets José Luis, a funeral parlour employee who is going to pick up the prisoner that Amadeo has just executed. José Luis cannot find a girlfriend, since all girls leave him when they find out that he works in a funeral parlour. Amadeo's daughter, Carmen, cannot find a boyfriend, because all the candidates leave when they find out that her father is an executioner. Carmen and José Luis get to know each other and start a relationship that they declare to Amadeo when Carmen becomes pregnant.

Since Spider-Man was with her at the time of the robbery he knew that she was innocent, and he recruited Matt Murdock (a.k.a. Daredevil) to help prove her innocence. It was later revealed that the criminal organization Black Spectre framed her to test her as part of their plot to recruit the Black Cat to their side and offer her a huge cash reward for retrieving a device that Matt Murdock has in his possession. Afterwards she goes to Matt's apartment and they start a relationship which is part of her plan.
In "The Power of Madonna", after Sue tells Emma that she has no control over her own body, Emma decides to "do the nasty" with Will at his place. However, they don't go through with it, and she runs out of Will's apartment without her shoes. Jeremy realizes he has been double crossed by April and made to look a fool by J.R., so out for revenge, Jeremy has Ewing Oil and the Ewings investigated by the Justice Department and the company is dissolved. After Pam Ewing (Victoria Principal) is involved in a horrific car accident, April and Pam's husband Bobby (Patrick Duffy) slowly become closer and start a relationship. Later, April marries Bobby but their union is cut short when she is kidnapped while on honeymoon with Bobby in Paris, where she is subsequently shot and dies in Bobby's arms.

The Beyonder is eventually dealt with, although the heroes also have to prevent the destruction of the planet as a consequence of his actions.

When Kitty severely injures a man by stabbing him in the groin, Tinam attempts to arrest her but fails. Kitty later turns up at the police station and manipulates the facts to the point that Tinam has no choice but to start a relationship with her.

However, when Kush is in the fish and chip shop after having a drink with Denise, Michelle Fowler (Jenna Russell) crashes into it, leaving him unconscious. Denise helps rescue Kush, and while he is in hospital, she admits her feelings for him and they start a relationship. Back home, Carmel interrupts Kush and Denise one morning, but assumes that Kush has met a doctor from the hospital, which he confirms. Mars arrives in his helicopter during the police and fire department cleanup the next day. He pays Joe, the Fimples, and the Abernathys for damages, as well as buying their silence from the media, and orders Larry and Irwin to repurpose the Commando Elite for military use. Among the craziness of the aftermath, Alan and Christy part on highly amicable terms, having agreed to start a relationship with each other.

Meanwhile, Dexter discovers that the Ice Truck Killer has broken into his apartment and left taunting clues, leading Dexter to believe that the Killer is playing a game with him.

Rob goes back to the dig site alone, where all the students are frantically digging before the site is shut down for the construction of the motorway. She supports Toadie as he lodges an appeal regarding Elly's sentence, and later discovers that Andrea was involved in the scheme for Elly to lose custody of her daughter, Aster Conway (Isla Goulas, Scout Bowman) after Aster's grandmother Claudia Watkins paid her to start a riot in the prison.

Swindled by an upper-class con-man (Ireland) into voluntarily selling out to the mobsters anyway all his valuable assets including the gambling-casino nightclubs, a racehorse and a boxer, in order to invest in a gold-mining scam that is eventually unmasked as a fraud.

Wyatt), the woman he socialized with at the Valentine's Day singles mixer at the office. Andy Bernard (Ed Helms), still upset from his recent broken engagement with Angela Martin (Angela Kinsey), suggests that Kevin should be mean to Lynn, providing only backhanded compliments and ignoring her calls.

Later Marlene kills herself under the control of simulation but her brother Hector, along with Christina, get saved by Tris and Tori.
