Researches in the sphere of catalytic alkylation of aromatic, paraffinic, naphthenes hydrocarbons with the help of unsaturated hydrocarbons, enabled the synthesis of the components of aviation fuels on industrial scale. The major works were executed in the sphere of catalytic aromatization of benzine fraction of Baku oil, obtainment of washing agents, flint-organic compounds, production of plastics from pyrolized products, analysis of Naftalan oil’s action mechanism. Mammadaliyev rendered great services for highly skilled personnel’s training.

In 1701, Frederick William's son and successor Frederick I reached the consent of Emperor Leopold I to proclaim himself a King "in" Prussia at Königsberg, with respect to the fact that he still held the electoral dignity of Brandenburg and the royal title was only valid in the Prussian lands outside the Empire. The centuries-long rise of the Austrian House of Habsburg had already begun with King Rudolph's victory at the 1278 Battle on the Marchfeld and the final obtainment of the Imperial crown by Emperor Frederick III in 1452. His descendants Maximilian I and Philip the Fair by marriage gained the inheritance of the Burgundian dukes and the Spanish Crown of Castile (tu felix Austria nube), and under Emperor Charles V, the Habsburg realm evolved to a European great power. In 1526 his brother Ferdinand I inherited the Lands of the Bohemian Crown as well as the Kingdom of Hungary outside the borders of the Empire, laying the foundation of the Central European Habsburg Monarchy.

These problems were illustrated in AASP founding president John Silva's address at the 2010 conference. Silva highlighted five points necessary for AASP and the greater field of applied sport psychology to address in the near future: # Orderly development and advancement of the practice of sport psychology # Embrace and enhance interdisciplinary nature of sport psychology # Advance development of graduate education and training in sport psychology # Advance job opportunities for practice in collegiate, Olympic, and pro sports # Be member-driven and service its membership Silva then suggested that AASP advance the legal standing of the term "sport psychology consultant" and adopt one educative model for the collegiate and post-graduate training of sport psychology consultants. While the AASP Certified Consultant (CC-AASP) certification provides a legitimate pathway to post-graduate training, it does not legally bar an individual without the CC-AASP credentials from practicing sport psychology. Silva contended that future sport psychology professionals should have degrees in both psychology and the sport sciences and that their training ultimately conclude in the obtainment of a legal title.

The full graduate level of the General and Personnel Management of the Social and Political Sciences Faculty in 1965.{?} In 1970, the name of the Social and Political Sciences Faculty became the Faculty of Social Sciences Faculty whose full graduate level obtained “equalized” status based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in 1980. The Faculty of Administration Science with the Commercial Administration Study Program is the new name used since 1985 based on the Decree dated 1985. Along with the legalization of the name, the curriculum of the faculty was developed based on the core curriculum set forth by the Department of Education and Culture. The Administration Science Faculty – FIA Study Program – Commercial Administration Study Program are accredited as “A” based on the Decree of BAN-PT of the Department of Education and Culture in 1998. The accreditation rank has been retained with the obtainment of an “A” rank certificate (very good) based on the Decree of BAN-PT of the Department of Education and Culture in 2003.

The international community has committed to the principles of the Rome Declaration on Harmonization (2003) and the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness (2005), which aim to reform aid to avoid such practices and promote local ownership, harmonization, alignment, results and mutual accountability in order to improve overall aid effectiveness and facilitate the obtainment of the Millennium Development Goals. In line with these declarations, the RGC has developed its overall vision for a New Development Cooperation Partnership Paradigm for Cambodia to improve ODA effectiveness (2000), the Cambodia Declaration on development cooperation partnerships to enhance aid effectiveness (2004), the Strategic Framework for Development Cooperation Management (2005), and the latest overarching policy document – National Strategic Development Plan (2006–2010). The National Strategic Development Plan puts forth a comprehensive reform and development agenda and sets out an ambitious plan for accelerating and diversifying growth, reaching poor people and providing vital basic services. It recognizes that improving governance, reducing corruption, strengthening the rule of law and increasing the accountability of the Government to its people are the central challenges for the Government to reduce poverty and achieve socio-economic development.
