Kein Licht II was a site-specific, walking tour-style theatre experience based on the text Kein Licht – Epilog? by Elfriede Jelinek, written in 2011 response to the Fukushima events. A Japanese translation of the text was edited and then sections were recorded by high school girls in the Fukushima region.

In Berlin, Tykwer met and befriended the filmmaker Rosa von Praunheim, who urged him to create stories from his own experience. Between 1994 and 1999, in all five seasons with 99 episodes and one epilog of 25 minutes each were produced in the Swiss German language, and around 1997 synchronized in Swiss Standard German to be broadcast in the German and probably Austrian television. The term Arabeske is used here as a poetic metaphor, not only to describe florid decoration, but also, in Schlegel's terms, to suggest a fluid, organic system of fragments that transcends artificial Classical forms. Schumann employs modified rondo form to encompass a short ABACA rondo form, with the gently lyrical main section A, two more intense episodes B (Florestan) and C, and a beautifully pensive Epilog (Eusebius). The piece moves lithely between contrasting moods, and seems to conclude with a gentle recapitulation of the opening material. The poignant postlude that follows comes as an exquisite surprise.

Taking Kenney ten years to write, The Invention of the Zero features six long poems: A 'Colloquy of Ancient Men,' 'The Invention of the Zero,' 'The Encantadas,' 'Typhoon,' 'Lucifer,' and 'Epilog: Read Only Memory.' All tell one story, however. Though four are set in World War II, all examine the history of the universe and its evolution from the Big Bang to the invention of computers to the development of the atomic bomb. Free verse and with extravagant style, The Invention of the Zero provokes questions about invention and whether or not technology has actually helped humanity or just furthered the disparity between science and different aspects of faith.

Following a chance meeting in 1984, Rowe found sufficient merit in Lee's Vilcabamba work that he nominated him for membership in the Institute of Andean Studies, and became Lee's informal mentor until his death in 2004. During his tenure with the institute, Lee has given papers at 24 annual meetings and published peer- reviewed papers in Ñawpa Pacha, the institute's journal. He collaborated in Alfred Rosenberg's Taskforce for German Culture (Kampfbund für deutsche Kultur) as Area Cultural Director and Branch-Leader for Light Music and Operetta, and was Presiding delegate in the Nazi's Union of German Artists. At the High School for Music he was active until 1945 as collegiate Professor, director of the conducting classes. As he had earlier on in the 1920s conducted the Berlin Concertverein and the Berlin Philharmonic, from 1945 he took control of the Siemens Orchestra. As composer, Schmalstich wrote about 120 songs with piano or orchestral accompaniment, the operas Beatrice (1940) and Die Hochzeitsfackel (1943), two symphonies, three concerti for piano and orchestra, a Sinfonietta, the symphonic poem Tragischer Epilog (on the death of Pope Pius XII), frequently broadcast, other orchestral suites, many piano works, and the operettas Tänzerin aus Liebe (1919) and Wenn die Zarin lächelt (1937).

A Man Called Sloane is an American secret agent adventure television series that aired on NBC during the 1979–1980 television season. It was a Woodruff Production in association with QM Productions and became the final series produced by Quinn Martin's company to debut. It is also one of only three QM series not to have an announcer accompanying the opening titles, one of two not to display a copyright notice at the beginning but rather at the end, and the only one not to have a "Tonight's Episode" card or the "Act I/II/III/IV/Epilog" formatting — the episode titles still appear onscreen, but they appear as part of the episode credits rather than during the standard opening. A Man Called Sloane was an amalgam of elements from numerous spy series of the previous 15 years, including The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Mission: Impossible, and Conrad's own The Wild Wild West.
