Julia Ruckh and fellow researchers have used parabiosis to study remyelination from adult stem cells to see if conjoining young with older mice could reverse or delay this process. In the experiment, the two mice were conjoined and demyelination was induced via injection into the older mice. The experiment determined that factors from the younger mice reversed CNS demyelination in older mice by revitalizing the oligodendrocytes. HUMANFOLK is the musical collaboration and concept band of guitarist-composer Johnny Alegre with the New York–based Fil-Am percussionist Susie Ibarra and her husband, drummer Roberto Juan Rodriguez, together with the multi- instrumentalist Cynthia Alexander and the electronica exponent Malek Lopez. This collective is a pioneering effort marking the convergence in a contemporary Philippine setting of multiple musical idioms (jazz, rock, electronic music, kulintang, agung and indigenous percussion, with Iberian and folk music influences). The location of cruel planets in the kendras from the Moon portends bad results if not evil results. If Saturn is in a kendra from the lagna occupied by the Moon and Jupiter is in the 12th house a person begs for alms and in frustration abandons his or her place or country of birth. Ava-yogas involving inauspicious bhavas and their lords affect the outcome of efforts and undertakings. The Sun owns the 12th house for Virgo lagna, it should not join Venus in the 2nd house or the Moon in the 12th in which case there may not be easy earnings, inflow and retention of wealth, and the person becomes bereft of wealth and suffers from loss of wealth; the Sun, the Moon and Venus conjoining make one clever in grabbing others’ wealth.

Research has also found that Parijata yoga can also act as Parivraja Yoga sometimes. Four planets conjoining in the 10th house from the lagna or four planets aspecting the 10th house or if the lord of the lagna and the lord of the 10th join with any three planets anywhere, give sanyasa but if Saturn joins, there will be no sanyasa. And, in case the Moon and Jupiter join Mercury and Mars in the 10th or in Pisces sign, then Moksha becomes assured. If more than one planet is powerful out of four there will be no sanyasa yoga, when two planets are powerful then one takes sanyasa of the kind indicated by the more powerful one only to discard it to take up sanyasa of the kind indicated by the less powerful.

Weak and afflicted planets situated in the trikonasthanas produce bad results; they can make one’s life miserable and even cause Balarishta. If the Moon occupies the last navamsa of the sign and malefic planets are in the 5th and 9th without beneficial aspects the child dies immediately. If Saturn, the Sun, the Moon and Mars occupy the 12th, the 9th, the lagna and the 8th bhavas respectively unaspected by powerful Jupiter the child dies quickly. Whereas Varahamihira reiterates that if the Moon conjoining with a malefic planet or malefic planets occupies the 5th, the 7th, the 9th, the 12th, the 1st or the 8th houses and is not aspected by or combined with powerful Venus, Mercury or Jupiter death comes early; Kalyan Verma refers to the very weak dark-half Moon producing this result.

Raja yogas do confer a degree of power and influence but there are certain standard planetary situations that ensure a greater degree of success as a politician. The conjunction of Mars and the Moon or their situation in mutual kendras or trikonas but devoid of benefic influences can make one rich, immoral, untrustworthy, criminal-minded successful businessman or a politician. Mercury aspected by the lord of the 9th house and occupying a kendra or a trikona from the lagna makes one a highly influential politician. Mercury aspected by the lord of the lagna and the lord of the 5th house can make a person a minister. Mars and/or the lord of the 3rd house conjoining with Jupiter aspected by either the lord of the 4th or the 10th house makes one a successful politician.

Later hagiographies of Tsangpa Gyare record several verses which are said to foretell his coming. In a terma, discovered by Guru Chokyi Wangchuk (1212–1270), it is said Guru Padmasambhava foretold the coming of Tsangpa Gyare: :At the conjoining of three valleys Which one calls Khule Sarel – the Fissure in the Earth – An emanation of the Holder of the Jewel will manifest From the summit of the large rock resembling a cube, He will embark upon the teaching of the Dharma In another terma, said to have been revealed by Terton Ratna Lingpa (1403-1478/79) and Terton Padma Lingpa (1445–1521) on different occasions, Padmasambhava is recorded as predicting: :In Druk and in Ralung Tsangpa Gyare will perform The magic dance of emanation Of Great Pandit Naropa. When the famous disciple of Milarepa, Rechungpa received the teaching of Naropa’s Six Points of Equal Taste from the Indian master Tipupa Sangag Dongpo, the master prophesied that Tsangpa Gyare would re-discover the text of the teachings.

Not only is this shocking for the audience in comparison to episodes and series past, but even the fictional Voyager crew are stunned. The former hardware store is one of a row of conjoining shops situated between the Palace Hotel and Kerr's Buildings. It was erected in 1902 to the design of Bundaberg architect FH Faircloth, following a fire that destroyed most of the south side of Churchill Street, the main street of Childers. There was no official town survey; Childers developed following private subdivision at the railhead of the 1887 Isis railway line from Isis Junction. Venkatesa in his Sarvartha Chintamani (Slokas I.29 & 112) explains that planets occupying cruel Shashtiamsas (1/60th division of a sign) produce evil results, planets in good Shashtiamsas, and which planets are also occupying good vargas or divisions become powerful to confer good results and that planets in exaltation, in friendly signs, own navamsas , own rasis, drekkenas, shodasmsas and trimsamsas possess Sthanabala and exercise the most favourable influence. The same text also states that those planets that are exalted or occupy their moolatrikonas vested with full strength destroy all their good effects in case they happen to occupy cruel shashtiamsas. The lord of the 10th conjoining with the lord of the lagna in the 11th house causes loss of wealth through rulers’ ire if it also happens to be Yamaghantakansha or Danshtrakaralansha (which are cruel and evil shashtiamsas). The lord of the Dhanabhava (2nd house) even if occupying a kendrasthana or a trikonabhava does not confer wealth if it also occupies a cruel shashtiamsa, the person will incur debts; the same results will ensue in case the lord of the navamsa occupied by the lord of the 11th house is in a cruel shashtiamsa.

For example, when you see a red ball roll by, cells sensitive to movement fire in the medial temporal cortex, while cells sensitive to color, shape and location fire in other areas. Despite all this distinct neuronal firing, you don't perceive the ball as separated by shape, movement and color perceptions; you experience an integrated experience with all these components occurring together.
