Later, Badger appears at a Narcotics Anonymous meeting with Skinny Pete, informing a group of recovering drug addicts that "Blue Sky" (Walt and Jesse's product) is back in town with the intention of finding new buyers. Napolitano's swearing-in marked the first time in the township's history that two women served together on the Township Council, and on the same night, the council made history by electing Stacey Jordan as Moorestown's first female Mayor. During her first two years on the Township Council, Napolitano spearheaded the creation of the Lenola Advisory Commission to address the problems facing the western portion of Moorestown.
